European VAT on e-Services / One-Stop-Shop VAT
The MOSS (Mini One-Stop-Shop) scheme, also known as VoeS (VAT on e-Services) or OSS (One-Stop-Shop), is a simplified VAT reporting scheme for foreign businesses selling digital services to consumers in the EU. The number consists of 9 digits prefixed by the country code EU.
This identifier follows a strict format, here represented as X = alphanumeric character, A = letter, 0 = digit, and # = alphanumeric or special character (*, +, ?).
