The Indentifikatzionny nomer nalogoplatel'shchika is a Russian tax identification number that consists 10 digits, the last digit is a check digit. The first 9 digits are the actual identification number.
This identifier follows a strict format, here represented as X = alphanumeric character, A = letter, 0 = digit, and # = alphanumeric or special character (*, +, ?).
